Hoffman Dental Care is thrilled to announce that we have added two new dentists to our expanding office! In addition to Dr. Michael Hoffman, we are now pleased to offer dental services from Dr. Neha Batra and Dr. Sonal Diora.

Without further adieu, here is a little information to help you in getting to know our new doctors.

Introducing Dr. Neha Batra

Dr. Neha Batra, D.D.S loves to keep current with evolving dental techniques and materials to provide state-of-the-art treatment options for her patients. Dr. Batra’s passion lies with performing cosmetic dentistry and being able to assist in transforming her patients’ smiles.

Education

Born in Michigan, Dr. Batra grew up in Port Huron before attending Kalamazoo College where she obtained her undergraduate degree. Her immediate love for science and art led her to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

In addition to her formal schooling, Dr. Batra is enthusiastic about pursuing continuing education both on a local and a national level with dentistry, making her the perfect doctor if you’re a patient looking for the newest, most advanced treatment options available.

Upon graduation, Dr. Batra completed a general practice residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.

The Personal Side of Dr. Neha Batra

When not performing her passion for dentistry and transforming smiles one cosmetic treatment at a time, Dr. Batra is a busy mom to two wonderful boys.

Her personal passions are:

• Spending quality time with her family
• Raising her two boys
• Traveling anywhere within reach
• Being a self-diagnosed “foodie” and trying new foods

Introducing Dr. Sonal Diora

Dr. Sonal Diora was born and raised in Metro-Detroit where she loves spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Diora enjoys cosmetic and pediatric dentistry, where her love for children really shines. Her favorite part about dentistry is being able to combine her artistic talents with dental sciences to create the perfect smile for her patients.

Dr. Diora says one of her best qualities that makes her an exceptional dentist is her compassion and her ability to make her patients feel comfortable by providing gentle, quality dental treatments.

Education

A graduate from the Lyman Briggs College at Michigan State University, Dr. Diora graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. She received her D.D.S degree (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Following dental school, she completed advanced training through a General Practice Residency program at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. During that same residency, she provided comprehensive dental treatments including:

• Pediatric dentistry
• Root canal therapy
• Surgical extractions
• Implants

She also completed several full mouth rehabilitation cases for both inpatient and outpatient procedures.

The Personal Side of Dr. Diora

In her free time, Dr. Diora loves to be adventurous and experience all of the fun things life has to offer.

Her personal passions are:

• Taking yoga classes
• Staying fit with indoor and outdoor activities
• Attending concerts
• Traveling with her fiance
• Spending quality time with her family and friends
